Extreme Fishing Maui – Maui Charter Fishing Blog

The most EXTREME fishing in Maui

Way to go John! A 60 lb ahi tuna, 2 mahimahi, and a hand full of other tunas.
Another fantastic day on the water. John Marsala and the No Problem boyz went out early and crushed some big tuna and mahi. John told me they had 2 fish on within minutes of putting the bait in the water. Thanks John for all your kind words about the website and the captain and crew. Trust me everyone, I see the smiles on everyones face every day when they get off the boat, I want you to catch fish just as much as you do. We all at http://www.extremefishingmaui.com/ work as hard as we can for our customers and it shows with the fish we put on the dock every day. Again, thanks to John and everyone else who comes on a charter with us. ALSO, not to be out done, Captain Jeremy and Deckhand Fish hooked up with 3 big bull mahis and a bunch of smaller tuna. Nice work all around today and every day BOYZ!

Great day for both boats! No Problem caught  5 mahi and 4 ahi tuna, and Kai Akua gets 8 ahi tuna.
We did a little boat swapping yesterday. Captain Rich and Captain Jeremy took out Kai Akua and crushed some small tuna. The bouy is been holding these Ahi for about 3 weeks now. We’re going to keep going till they’re gone. Captain Steve and Jimmy went out after some mahi and found 5 including a couple over 30lbs! Nice work boyz!

Look at this fat daddy. 85 lb ahi, and 8 other good size ones.
Captain Rich and Captain Lambert did some more tuna hunting today. This is my son in the picture. For some reason all little kids like to take their fingers and poke the fish in the eye. Very strange. Anyway, just another day on the No Problem. Kai Akua is falling behind in the fish count this week. You better get your ass in gear. I think they’re still stoked over there 432 lb marlin last week.

FRESH FISH TACOS!!!
Captain Rich Newcomb and Deckhand Jimmy Francis went out on a 6 hr and still grabbed a couple good sized mahi mahi. Good looking fish boyz. Not pictures are about 8 small tuna.

Way to go No Problem. Look at these monsters!
Congrats Captain Rich Newcome and Captain Steve Lambert. The landed 6 ahi and 1 mahi. The four big tuna weighed in at 60lb, 90lb, 95lb & 100lbs!!!!!!!!!! Easy to say this is the best fishing day so far this year. It was a quad bite off the buoy and one of the lines got sawed off by another line. Steve Lambert then quickly rigged up another live bait and tossed it back and BAM, back to 4 fish on. It took over an hour to get all 4 on the boat! What a day! If I’m going fishing, I’m going on our boats.

Even on slow days, we still get dinner.
I love when 4 fish is a slow day. I remember my first fishing trip about 15 years ago and we caught one ono and one mahi and we were soooo stoked. Now people expect to catch fish. That’s fine, we also expect it. ALoha check out the site

Kai Akua get a huge Marlin and No Problem gets 158 tuna in 10 days…… 158!
Captain Rich and Captain Lambert kill 19 Tuna. Some boats wont catch that many fish in 6 months. WE WIN…..Aloha again Carlos, come fish with us soon!

NO PROBLEM GETS 19 TUNA & KAI AKUA GETS A 432 LB MARLIN , 5 MAHIMAHI , AND 9 AHI
Wow, what a day! (no problem pics will be added later today) Captain Jeremy Webb and Deckhand Billy Burnett(aka Fish) went out and JUST CRUSHED IT! They made their way out to the bouy and found it was going to be a slow day so they decided to head out a little deeper when they came across a floater. They quickly changed from there trolling lures back to their live bait and circled the floater and BAM! Tuna and mahi everywhere. Then Fish took one of the 15lb tuna and rigged it up as bigger live bait and tossed it back in. No more than 5 minutes later Kai Akua had a 432 lb Pacific Blue Marlin on. It took an hour and twenty minutes to land the fish. Great job boyzzzzz! GEEEZ FISHING IS SO GOOD RIGHT NOW! AT LEAST FOR OUR BOATS! For the BEST fishing in Maui, deep sea charter fishing, these are the boats. Check out the site, we cant lie when we have the pictures for proof!

NO PROBLEM HITS THE TUNA AGAIN….. 11 TUNA AND A MAHIMAHI. YESTERDAY CAPTAIN LAMBERT AND JIMMY WENT OUT AND CAUGHT 14 TUNA AND 2 MAHI. SORRY DIDN’T GET PICS.

Well we can’t get enough of these tuna so we just keep going back for more. Captain Rich and Deckhand Jimmy out today. Nice work boyz.Unfortunately Kai Akua went back out to where they caught the marlin the other day and ended up getting no bites. Greedy bastards. That’s OK Jeremy, even you guys have to get skunked once in a while. Funny thing is that only 3 boats came in with fish today out of probably 13. NP crushed it, Die hard got 3 mahi and Jayhawk got 2 mahi. Even on the slowest day NP does us proud.
