Since today’s weather was calling for light wind, our decision to head back to the North Shore lead us to another great haul of good sized Tunas.  Nice Job Guys!!!

The crew of the No Problem took advantage of the light trade winds and located a nice school of Ahi and Mahi on the North Shore of Maui.  Look at those Tunas!  We landed a handful between 50 and 70 lbs.

The No Problem took charge of the underwater world again.  Our anglers today were rewarded with Mahi Mahi, Ahi, and Ono!  The 50 lb plus Ahi Tuna was todays biggest fish along with eight Mahi and a nice 24 lb. Ono to boot.

After back to back unreal fishing days, we took todays charter back to our most recent hunting hole.  Todays charter caught 12 mahi and a 64 lb yellow fin tuna.  They also fought a blue marlin.

Jake, one of todays guests aboard the No Problem, has fished in Hawaii a few times on various boats.  He said that todays catch was his best stringer thus far.  Jake also fought a blue marlin about 250 lbs.  Although the marlin came off after about 20 minutes, we will let that marlin grow a bit more and try to catch it next time Jake comes out fishing.

Chuck and his gang prove once again that an early morning departure has its advantages.  Our sister ship the Kai Akua and Captain Gene are sporting some very nice sized Mahi.

Both Keith and Donna joined us aboard our sister ship the Kai Akua.  Keith was hoping for a marlin, but caught a mahi instead.  Although he didn’t catch a marlin, Keith had a great attitude and perhaps he will seal the deal on his next fishing trip.
